中德⻉多芬青少年音乐节是具有百年历史的世界著名文化机构德国波恩⻉多芬协会BTHVN在亚洲首次官方授权支持并得到德国前克里斯蒂安.武尔夫总统President Christian Wulff亲自担任名誉主席与监护人的中德高级别人文交流项目。

It is the official authorization event from the BTHVN, a world-famous cultural institution with a history of 100 years, and is supported by the former German President Christian Wulff personally as the honorary chairperson and guardian of the Sino-German high-level cultural exchange program.
